Good Shepherd Service Booklet

The Problem:
Good Shepherd lacked a single, cohesive source of truth in its marketing materials to clearly communicate its broad and diverse range of services.

The Solution:
I led the end-to-end creation of a comprehensive Services Booklet to consolidate all offerings into one accessible, user-friendly resource. This involved briefing a designer and production team, while working closely with the Head of Marketing and each department’s General Manager or Lead to verify and align content.

I synthesised complex information into clear, concise language that reflected Good Shepherd’s trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.

The Challenge:
Managing input and approvals from multiple stakeholders—while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and tone—required strong account management, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills. Balancing detailed service descriptions with clarity and brevity was also essential to ensure the booklet was both informative and easy to navigate.
