During the BLM protests many brands took to social media to lend support by using a set of hashtags. While these displays of solidarity were meaningful, we looked into what actions had been taken beyond mere words of support.

Working with research agency Nimbly, we ran a survey to look at how consumers responded to brands and Black Lives Matter, to provide guidance to brands and clients on ways to move forward and take action on this social issue.
